DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

International shipments may incur additional customs and tax fees. These fees are not in our control and are assessed by your local customs office.  Customs policies vary widely for every country.  We do not take responsibility for these possible fees.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

All packages are shipped using Standard delivery. We do not offer rush or expedited shipping as all items are made to order and take time to fulfill.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Every item that we carry is handmade just for you. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped (on average it takes 3 business days or less).  Processing time does not include shipping time.  If there are multiple items in your order, they may be processed and shipped separately.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER SHIPMENT?

Items will be shipped immediately after the initial processing time.  The below shipping times are on average but can take longer during busy holiday seasons.

  • USA:  3-4 business days
  • Canada and Europe:  6-8 business days
  • Other International:  5-15 business days, depending on location, postal service, and amount of time in customs

Please note that during holidays, delays may be possible.

MY ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED. CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

We cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already gone out. If a package is returned to us after shipping to a wrong address, we can reship at the buyer's expense. If your package is returned to us for an incorrect/faulty address and we cannot confirm a valid address and payment for reshipment, you will receive a refund minus our cost for shipping.  We will contact you if any order is returned to us.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your orders ships, a shipping notification that includes your tracking number will be sent to you via email. If 7 business days have passed and you have not received this email, please check your spam folder. Those that created an account during checkout, may also login to their account to view the status of their order.

Once you receive a tracking number, please follow it carefully. Tall Reali-tees will NOT assume responsibility for lost/stolen packages that show a delivered status.

If your order didn’t end up arriving, please look at your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address.  If the address was incorrect, we can send you another order, but you will be charged for re-shipping.  If the address was correct, please contact us here within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date and provide us with your order number.
