Exchanges & Returns
We offer ONE free size exchange per apparel item per order in the U.S. ONLY. For international customers, we offer one size exchange, but you will need to pay for the return shipping.
Each t-shirt product page includes a size guide in the product photos. Use this to help you determine what size to order.
Please contact us here to request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. In your message, include your order # along with the new size you would like to receive. We will reply with a pre-paid return label and instructions for your exchange.
- To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. We will not accept items that have been worn, laundered, or altered in any way.
Exchanges will not be processed until products have been received by our warehouse and the product's returned condition has been confirmed. Once confirmed, please allow time for your new item to be processed and shipped according to our shipping guidelines here.
- The purchase of SALE items are FINAL. No exchanges can be made for any item that was purchased at a discount/sale price.
Due to the made-to-order manufacturing process for all our products as well as our charitable giving component, we cannot accept returns for a refund at this time. Feel free to exchange your apparel item as described above.
FAULTY ITEM RETURNS
If an item is faulty or an error is made on our part, we are so sorry and will take corrective action at no cost to you. Please email us at email@example.com within 1 week of the estimated delivery date with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
- Examples of faulty or damaged items include unraveled seams, holes, or printing errors within a graphic. These issues must be present before being washed. Please check the item before washing as we do not accept returned shirts that have been laundered.
